Conflict in marriage, family, and relationships are a natural part of life. However, they don’t have to destroy our peace. Learning how to Fight A Good Fight in a Biblically faithful, God-honoring way is important as believers travel through life. Our special guest for this morning is Jay Forseth. Jay was formerly the pastor of our sister church in Columbus and recently has been elected the Superintendent of our conference. This morning he will be sharing his heart and vision for our churches. Please help us welcome Jay.
Jesus invited people from every background and status to follow Him—rich people, poor people, sick people, well people, people who were spiritual, and people who were not spiritual. He didn’t place a bunch of conditions on His offer. The difference between rule-keeping and rule-following is where the focus is placed. His invitation tells us something about where our focus should be.
