Growing in Faith

Growing in Faith: Part 5

Sunday :: Worship / Fellowship

Sunday, February 3rd

It’s important for us to have a personal, intimate relationship with God. That happens best when we spend time in his Word. His Word is full of mentors who can help us along the way. We can learn from their successes and failures. And we do it as we establish a habit of spending time with God. Over the next three weeks we will talk about what Growing in Faith as you spend time with God looks like. We will look at the ‘what’, the ‘when’, and the ‘how’ of time with God.

Key Verse

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the Lord, and who meditates on his law day and night.

Psalm 1: 1-2
