Biblical Friendship: How it Happens?

Kevin DeYoung writes that Friendship is one of the most important and least talked about relationships in the church. What does true friendship look like, from a Biblical perspective?

From Series: "Biblical Friendship"

What does it look like to be a friend? And how can we be better friends to people inside and outside the church? According to the Bible, true friendship is characterized by mutual care, commitment and love. The Proverbs, the example of David and Jonathan, instructions to the Church, and, ultimately, Jesus' example depicts true friendship. A true friend loves, gives wise counsel, remains loyal, forgives, corrects, and promotes the other's well being. Our current sermon series is Biblical Friendship!
