Where is the King?
Matthew 2:1-23 :: The question, "Where is the King?" must have alarmed the person sitting on the throne. The Bible tells us that Herod was disturbed by the question, as was the rest of Jerusalem. Herod's counselors found the prophecy that said a baby king would be born in Bethlehem. Herod's hope was that the Wise Men would return to tell him where to find the baby. His intent: to kill the baby king. The Wise Men and Herod believed enough to seek the baby. The first to worship and the second to kill. The truth is, only one person can sit on the throne. That's just as true today as it was in the past. Who sits on the throne of your life?
