Join us online Easter Sunday. Hope doesn’t have to be wishful thinking! When hope springs from faith in God, it brings confidence and assurance about “what we do not see” (Hebrews 11:1), such as the future. We have a living hope because He is risen! He is risen indeed! Hallelujah!!

Hope doesn’t have to be wishful thinking! When hope springs from faith in God, it brings confidence and assurance about “what we do not see” (Hebrews 11:1), such as the future. We can also be ready to “give a reason for the hope that we have” (1 Peter 3:15-16).

Living Hope: Part 2

Early Christians had almost nothing. They lived on the margins of society. They were often persecuted. They struggled for survival. And yet they were flourishing in the grace of God, full of hope and life. They were looking forward to a better day. They knew that their final story was better than their circumstances were telling them. When all of life said “There’s no hope,” they were trusting in a LIVING HOPE that we can also have.
