Facilty Use Form

  • If your event is business related (i.e. sales, buying and selling, or multi-level marketing oriented we would recommend using a home or different venue in the community). Non-profit fundraising events are allowable as long as they meet other criteria in this document. If this event is a wedding, funeral, or worship service please let us know who the officiating Pastor will be, the church background and contact information for the individual who will be performing the service:

    We maintain the right to deny use. Our desire is for this facility to be used to glorify God, serve the church, and serve families, individuals, other non-profits and our community. We may deny use because of conflicts on our church calendar or because the desired use isn’t compatible with our bylaws and or mission, vision, values, or ministry goals. We will try to serve you and the needs associated with your desired event whenever possible.

  • Church related activities and some non-profit events will not be assessed a fee. In order to keep up with costs associated with running this facility and related costs the following fees may be applicable: DAMAGE DEPOSIT There will be a $250.00 damage deposit on all usage that isn’t directly tied to the ministries of the Big Timber Evangelical Church. Unless other arrangements are made, the deposit will be returned by mail with one week following the event. FACILITIES  There is a non-refundable fee for janitorial/building needs of $100.00. This fee may be waived for non-profits and smaller events. AV There is a non-refundable fee of $100.00 for audio/video, which covers the cost of bringing in people to oversee/run the equipment. Events not needing AV will not be asked to pay this fee.
